My given name means ‘bright, clear’ and my spiritual name, Sukhbir, means ‘the fearless princess whose divine consciousness is imbued with peace and healing’; I identify with both. I have personally experienced the transformation that is possible on the path of Kundalini Yoga, and it is with tremendous gratitude and joy that I learn to embody the names I have been given, and open myself to manifest the greater potential that they represent. It is my mission to hold the space for others to begin to experience the blessing of awakening for themselves, and thus to serve the awakening of humanity. I am a Certified Teacher Trainer, having completed my Level 1 through KRI in India with Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa, and my Level 2 under the guidance of my Teacher, Karta Singh, at Amrit Nam Sarovar International Kundalini Yoga School. I am a founder of Kundalini Yoga Stratford and through my company, The Sensory Human, I lead classes, workshops and retreats to help individuals and groups reconnect to soul and spirit, in Canada and abroad. It is my blessing and privilege to share and transmit the divine consciousness of peace, through courage, to all those who are sent to me.

Ayrin has been teaching Kundalini Yoga for just under 12 years. She received her KRI Certification at Omega Healing Institute in Rhinebeck New York, and has continued to teach wherever her path has led her.  A deep desire to explore all the beauties and wonder of this life led her to the path of Kundalini Yoga and what she has found through her practice is what keeps her practicing and teaching this fantastic yogic technology to this day.
She is a member of the Stratford Shakespeare Company and the proud resident of Stratford itself.
